You can select your preferred effects and styles on our website, add them to your cart, upload your own photos on the product page, and then proceed to submit your order for checkout.

How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

We typically complete production within 1-2 business days after receiving your order, and then we can proceed with shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Our warehouse is located in California. Shipping times vary: approximately 1-3 business days for the Western region, 3-5 business days for the Central region, and 4-7 business days for the Eastern region.

Is returns accepted?

Since our products are custom-made for you, we do not accept returns. However, if any damage occurs during shipping, you can contact customer service with a photo and request a remake.
